Baby Echo is a solemn looking, but happy puppy who doesn’t generally “smile” much. This was one of the first “smiles” I captured, but in actuality, he was probably just panting from thirst!

GAME OF FETCH
Baby Echo’s first walk to the park, and probably second game of fetch ever. As you can see, he hadn’t quite mastered the game of fetch…

ECHO VS SUN
I’m currently living in Dallas where the temperature rises to triple digits in the Summer – it’s hot. At 3 months, he needed to go 5+ times a day because he hadn’t learned to control his bladder just yet. Around noontime, I took him down to the dog run. I let him off the leash to do his thing, and sat down on the bench. Moments later, I looked up from my phone to see him sitting in the shade while I was getting roasted waiting in the heat. I went over to get him off his butt to make sure he does his thing so no accidents would happen later. He looked at me like I did him wrong, hesitantly got up, walked along the thin strip of shade, his body against the wall, and nearly tripped as he lifted his leg to do his thing because he was too close to the wall. He was trying so hard! What a funny, precious little pupper.

WELCOME HOME, ECHO
Thank you, East Dallas Pet Rescue, for helping us find this cuddle bug. Welcome to your furever home, Echo! Day 1 – He had booboo’s on his muzzle, a shiny light brown coat, mesmerizing hazel eyes, a mischievous soul, and is just about the sleepiest pup we’ve ever laid eyes on.
